Common B2B Queries

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Everything you need to know about direct-factory custom sublimation, timelines, sample setups, and shipping logistics.

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 6 units per style. This is exceptionally low compared to mid-market custom sportswear brands, allowing team managers to outfit smaller squads. Once your initial uniform order is placed, there are zero minimum order requirements on future roster additions or reorders.
How long does production and shipping take?
Standard production takes 10–14 days from design proof approval. Global express shipping (DHL/FedEx) takes an additional 3–5 days to US/Canada. If you have an urgent season deadline, we offer a B2B Rush Track that finishes production in 5–7 days plus express air shipping.
Are there extra charges for player names, numbers, or sponsor logos?
No. Unlike traditional screen printing or vinyl heat transfers, dye sublimation integrates all graphic details directly into the fabric weave. Names, player numbers, league badges, and sponsor logo vectors are included in the base price with zero upcharges.
Can I review a design proof before production starts?
Yes. Once you submit details and logos via our quote form, our team outputs a detailed digital design proof within 24 hours. Revisions are completely free, and we do not load production onto our sublimation printer lines until you explicitly sign off on the artwork.
Can we order a physical sample first?
Yes. We offer sample development runs for teams and Private Label OEM programs. Sample turnaround is 7–10 days. Sizing fitting samples and fabric swatches can be dispatched to verify raw hand-feel before launching bulk production.
Where are the products manufactured?
All products are designed, sublimated, laser-cut, and sewn in our own vertical manufacturing facility in the Korangi Industrial Area of Karachi, Pakistan. This direct ownership allows us to guarantee quality standards and bypass middlemen markups.
How does the Private Label / OEM process work?
For brand founders, gym labels, and sportswear startups, we sign mutual Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs). We then develop custom patterns, source specific fabric weights, integrate custom woven neck labels, cardstock hangtags, and custom printed polybag packaging.
What's the difference between a pinnie and a reversible jersey?
A pinnie is a lightweight, single- or double-ply reversible piece built for practice and scrimmage — quick to swap between colors, minimal bulk over pads. A reversible jersey uses heavier, game-weight mesh and locked-edge construction meant to hold up through a full season of game-day contact, not just practice reps.
How many uniforms do I need for a lacrosse team?
Most club and travel rosters run 10–20 players. Our 6-unit MOQ means you can order for your actual roster size instead of a supplier's bulk minimum — a 12-player travel squad doesn't need to buy into a 24-unit case.
Do you make box lacrosse jerseys?
Yes. Our Box Lacrosse Jersey is cut oversized through the shoulders and sleeves specifically to fit over box gear pads and arm guards, with reinforced stress points at the seams that take the most contact.
What lacrosse uniform fabrics do you offer?
Aero-Lite Mock Eyelet (145 gsm) for pinnies and lighter jerseys, Flex-Mesh Porthole Poly (220 gsm) for heavier game-weight jerseys, and Interlock Soft-Knit (155 gsm) for shorts and shooting shirts. See each product page for the exact fabric and gsm.
