Request & Intake
Use our contact form to submit your roster sizing estimates, logo graphics (SVG, AI, PDF preferred), and design instructions. Select primary/secondary colors and specify if you require special B2B customizations (names, numbers, specific pocket trims).
Digital Design Proof
Our design team translates your tech specifications or design files into high-resolution digital mockups. We send you the graphic proofs for review. Revisions are unlimited and completely free of charge. Production only starts once you approve the layout.
Karachi Factory Production
Once signed off, we load your vectors onto our high-resolution dye-sublimation printers. Ink is injected directly into 100% polyester fabric rolls, which are laser-cut and sewn on our Korangi facility floor. Every unit undergoes strict B2B double-stitch quality checking.
Global Express Delivery
Finished uniforms are poly-bagged, boxed, and dispatched direct from Karachi via premium air couriers (DHL / FedEx) to your door in the US, Canada, or Europe. You receive tracking details immediately. No unexpected customs duties or handling delays.
WHAT HAPPENS ON THE FACTORY FLOOR?
Raxer operates in the Korangi Industrial Area of Karachi. Unlike subcontractors who print in one location and sew in another, our facility handles the complete vertical production.
Sublimation Printing: We output graphics on top-tier Mimaki sublimation printers using Swiss-imported inks, ensuring rich colors that never muddy.
Laser Fabric Cutting: Custom vectors drive laser cutting tables, guaranteeing sizing precision across all jerseys, pants, and reversibles.
Stitching Assembly: Our stitching floor executes flatlock and overlock seams using premium polyester threads, giving jerseys the flexibility to absorb tackle forces without popping.
